At no time, with out explicit consent from you, will SL Sales Tracker share, sell or trade any information gathered.
Terms:
Agent; An agent of the SL Sales Tracker service is understood to be a person that is authorized to work for and with SL Sales Tracker as an employee of that business. SL Sales Tracker takes no responsibility for persons fraudulently describing themselves as agents of the SL Sales Tracker web site.
Web site; The SL Sales Tracker web site is understood to be pages provided from the domain http://www.SLSalesTracker.com. Only content authorized by agents of SL Sales Tracker is considered part of the SL Sales Tracker web site. Sales data; Sales data is understood to mean data collected by a script and then sent to the SL Sales Tracker service via the internet. Sales data is stored by the service in a manner seen fit by the SL Sales Tracker Service.
Information;
Information gathered by the SL Sales Tracker web site remains the property of SL Sales Tracker. You may request information pertaining to you and your Second Life business be deleted from this site, including all user names, pass words and sales data through email or the contact form found on this web site. After verifying the authenticity of such a request by what ever means are felt necessary by agents working on behalf of SL Sales Tracker, such information will be deleted. It is understood that site backups and database backups may contain information that is not readily delete-able. Such information will be deleted as soon as possible should those backups be restored for use with the SL Sales Tracker service.
No third party other then a user of the SL Sales Tracker service may remove data from the SL Sales Tracker service without expressed written consent by an agent authorized to give such consent. A user of the SL Sales Tracker service may remove data pertaining to them or their business from the web site for their own personal use outside the service. No interface has been provided for a computer automated process run by any party to remove or load data from the web site or SL Sales Tracker web site either through the Second Life world or any other means unless that party is authorized to do so by an authorized agent of the SL Sales Tracker service. Any attempt to do so may result in criminal panatelas as described by law. SL SALES TRACKER MAY USE LEGAL AVENUES AGAINST ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ITS DATA TO KEEP ITS CUSTOMERS SAFE.
Warranty;
SL Sales Tracker nor its agents express any warranty or guarantee as to the reliability, accessibility or the fitness for any use of any data collected by the SL Sales Tracker service and stored by the service. Although all efforts deemed appropriate are taken to ensure such data is secure and accessible.
The SL Sales Tracker service is provided for use �as-is�, �with all faults� and �as available.� You can recover from the SL Sales Tracker service only direct damages up to an amount equal to the last thirty (30) days paid to the SL Sales Tracker service by you.
Changes to this document;
This document may change. If this document changes you will be notified either while logging into the web site or through email. Failure to accept any new document will result in the suspension of your account. If you do not accept any new document you will have one year to accept said document before your account will be deleted. If your account is deleted for failure to accept a document you will be contacted and arrangements will be made to provide you with the raw sales data collected by this service.
