so the SL Sales Tracker web site can perform it’s primary function, which is to

Sales data is normally not visible to other users

your sales data will be visible to them. Further they will not have the ability
to change your data in anyway. This includes removing sales, editing sales or creating

When creating a new account with SL Sales Tracker
you will be required to provide a Second Life user name which consists of two names,
a first and a last. The SL Sales tracker service relies on communication from Linden
Lab servers. The communication will include your Second Life user name, both first
and last. This information will be used to link your sales data with your username.
How your information is used
Information collected from you of a personal nature
is only used by the SL Sales Tracker web site for the purpose it was gathered for,
unless you grant us the right to use that information elsewhere.
SL Sales Tracker may disclose your personal information
to law enforcement or other appropriate third parties in connection with criminal
investigations, investigation of fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights,
or other suspected illegal activities, or as otherwise may be required by applicable
law, or in order to protect the legitimate, legal and business interests of SL Sales
Tracker.
Third parties
The SL Sales Tracker service will not disclose your
information to any other third party with out your opt in approval. If you opt in
to a data sharing agreement you will always have the option to opt back out of that
agreement at any future date. If you provide access to your sales data to another
user of this web site be aware they can copy that information out of the system
and then use that information in ways you may not agree with. If you are concerned
about this do not grant another user of the web site access to your data. No other
user has rights to view your data at account creation and allowing another user
to view your data takes specific action on your part. Unless a request is made from
you, SL Sales Tracker will not grant viewing rights to your data to any other user
except for administrative and customer support cases.
Communication and email addresses
SL Sales Tracker requires a valid email address at
account creation. This email address is never shared with another third party.
SL Sales Tracker may communicate with you using your
email address. You have the option to opt out of any such communications by clicking
the opt out link at the bottom of any email sent to you by SL Sales Tracker. In
addition to emails you have the ability to setup automatically emailed reports.
These reports are emailed at your request and you can cancel their sending at any
time by logging into the service and clicking the My Account link.
