This Wiki uses ReCaptcha to help avoid spam and bots making entries. Although we realize this method is not perfect we hope it is somewhat helpful in reducing these sorts of things.
This works by requiring anyone wishing to edit the Wiki to enter two words read from an image. The words are distorted slightly to deter automated scripts from reading them. When you make an edit to a page in this Wiki a pair of words will be displayed directly above the save button. Simply enter the two words into the provided text box and click the save button.
If you make a mistake entering the words you can try again. If you do not enter the words correctly before you close the page, your edits will be lost.
We want to encourage quality entries to this Wiki. If we see that a specific member is making lots of good contributions we may turn off their need to use this security feature.
We hope you understand the necessity for this and we hope it does not deter you from adding content to the Wiki.
